Position Summary:

Performs and provides personal secretarial, clerical, and administrative support services for the Executive Team of Canyon Vista Medical Center, such as preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and conducting special projects as assigned. Responsible for maintaining and updating the PolicyStat site for CVMC/SVMG to ensure policies and procedures are current and correct.  Must project a professional appearance and be well organized.  Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two or more years of secretarial experience preferred.
