We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum
- Provide instruction and guidance to students in a clear and concise manner
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into lessons
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience as an Instructor or in a teaching role preferred
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to work effectively with students of different ages and skill levels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn
