Required Degree: MA or MS required. Degree preferred to be in Philosophy.
The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience: Previous teaching experience preferred
Duties/Expectations: Teach lower-division philosophy courses such as Phil 110 (course descriptions may be found in BYU's catalog). Prepare and publish course syllabus on Learning Suite, BYU's course management. Hold regular office hours. Applicants are expected to provide a working email address, phone number, and other viable contact information. Taught in person.
Must reside in the State of Utah to be eligible for employment consideration. Must be willing to teach the course(s) in person, on campus.
