Insulation Worker applies insulating material to exposed surfaces of structures such as air ducts, hot and cold pipes, storage tanks, and cold storage rooms. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being an Insulation Worker is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Insulation Worker performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. Builders' Insulation is seeking a qualified candidate for Sales Manager in Manassas VA. We conduct business with major commercial and Residential customers.
We’re looking for a candidate to fill this long-term career opportunity and to join our well-established company.
Tasks a Sales Manager perform include (but not limited to):
- Read blueprints and their specifications to prepare product takeoffs and quotes, as well as oversee the production process.
- Provide technical support and work closely with various individuals including Regional Managers, Architects, Salesforce, Contractors, Homeowners, Estimators, and Installers to assure the integrity of the quotes.
- Using verbal and written communication skills along with working independently or with a team.

Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of Construction or building production/distribution industry experience (required).
- Managerial experience.
- Analytical and dependable.
- Drug Test and Motor Vehicle report to be completed, contingent upon employment.
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- The ideal candidate would be flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, computer-proficient, detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills.
Well-qualified candidates will also have (not required):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Estimating experience and insulation experience
