Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling various insurance policies to new and existing clients. This role involves analyzing clients' needs and recommending suitable insurance products to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

- Property and Casualty Agent,experience in quote and writing,familiar filling out acord forms
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- flexible Hours, Commission
- Engage in telemarketing activities to reach out to potential customers
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling client information
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining coverage details
- Conduct sales presentations and close deals effectively

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in outside sales or retail environments
- Familiarity with analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of telemarketing strategies for reaching potential clients
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of client data privacy
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for serving multilingual clients but not needed
- Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
