Duties:
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and assess their current coverage
- Market and promote insurance products to potential clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements
- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies and coverage options
- Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate insurance plans
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions on behalf of clients
- Process insurance applications and handle policy renewals
- Handle claims inquiries and assist clients throughout the claims process
- Maintain client records and update policy information as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various types of insurance policies and coverage options
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Proficiency in sales administration and benefits administration
