Our Case Review Department is responsible for verifying, organizing and updating facts from prospective clients about their potential case while providing the highest level of customer service. Please note there will be a data entry typing test as well as a general technology test administered on the interview. Both require an above average aptitude but nothing that someone with a few years of data entry and computer experience would have trouble with.
Verification - Case Review Specialists organize facts, write call summaries, and create follow up tasks as well as ask targeted questions that are relevant to each client’s specific situation all while reassuring and providing empathy for the injured party.
