Integration Engineering Director jobs in Maryland
Integration Engineering Director directs the development of solutions for integrating applications across the enterprise or its units/departments. Oversees the development of integration policies and the implementation of organization-wide integration initiatives. Being an Integration Engineering Director requires a bachelor's degree. Requires C++ or Java; XML; EDI or OBI; Oracle or Microsoft SQL. Additionally, Integration Engineering Director typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Integration Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Integration Engineering Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Duties
Assist with the development and execution of strategic, interagency implementation plans for offensive counterintelligence activities.
Conduct appropriate collaboration and integration efforts across the offensive CI community.
Prepare and assist with the development of offensive CI priorities, initiatives, and challenges, and support relevant briefings to IC officials and other stakeholders.
Conduct research to leverage best practices and lessons learned
Serve as the interagency representative for the appropriate offensive CI community collaboration tools and capabilities.

Must be a current permanent ODNI employee.

Must be a current permanent Federal employee
Must have supervisory approval to apply to the Joint Duty Assignment.
Must be currently at the grade level of the detail. *No Temporary Promotion Opportunity*

Qualifications
Thorough Knowledge of IC organizations; IC mission posture, structures, capabilities, processes; and policy development.
Ability to anticipate issues relevant to the CI community and United States Government and recommend/implement needed actions.
Ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions with IC elements to achieve common goals.
Ability to design and implement integration strategies for CI initiatives and programs.
Thorough critical thinking skills, including the ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives.
Ability to manage strategic and tactical level topics, and develop innovative recommendations and solutions for offensive CI initiatives.
Interpersonal skills and superior ability to work effectively in both independent and in a team or collaborative environment.
Oral and written communication skills, including expert ability to draft and edit written reports of varying length and complexity, and to communicate effectively with audiences of varying seniority and expertise.
Desired Requirements
Certified through JCITA's Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course or similar training certification
Previous CI experience as a trained offensive counterintelligence case officer
Experience working alongside trained counterintelligence case officers in analytic support capacity with knowledge of offensive counterintelligence operations
Education
Bachelor's Degree

Salary Determination: A current Federal Government employee, selected for a detail, will be assigned to the position at their current grade and salary.
