Integration Engineering Manager manages the day-to-day development of solutions for integrating applications across the enterprise or its units/departments. Determines integration requirements and ensures final solutions meet organizational needs. Being an Integration Engineering Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Requires C++ or Java; XML; EDI or OBI; Oracle or Microsoft SQL. Additionally, Integration Engineering Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Integration Engineering Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Integration Engineering Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Provides quality customer service while assuring clean, safe and well maintained front and back of house areas.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years experience in the capacity of Engineering Supervisory role of a full service hotel or multiple properties. Engineering degree (BS), Certified Engineering Operations Executive certification, or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
