Job Title: Support Specialist

Schedule: Full Time and Part Time Opportunities Available!! Core Hours are Monday – Friday; 7:30am – 3:30pm; Must be flexible to work occasional evening and/or weekend hours as required. Travel may be required for this position.
Summary: Provide direct support and assistance for program participants, specifically in our Adult Day Health programs, in a variety of settings designed to achieve individual and agency goals. You’ll be utilizing skills to help participants be more self-empowered in making daily decisions. Position requires someone who has excellent communication, great assessment abilities, and can encourage and engage participants daily.
