Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor jobs in Oregon
Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. As a member of the Assembly Department, theFinalAssembly Technicianwill learn to read assembly drawings, work orders and assist with installation of aircraft components and systems on the Final Assembly Line.Other expectations may include:- Maintaining records as required

What You Bring To The Team- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not required
- Experience with assembly, maintenance, or repair is helpful
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools is helpful
- Ability to read instructions and be able to assemble parts
- Eye for detail and take pridein high quality work
- Must work well independently and in a team with a great attitude
- Open to new ideas, challenges, and learning opportunities
- Reliable and dependable
