Acting as a bridge between internal teams and headquarters, you will ensure seamless communication and progress towards organizational goals. Your tasks will include preparing executive-level reports, managing meetings, and hosting senior leaders.

• Develop and implement business goals and action plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Facilitate effective communication across departments to achieve strategic objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for executive decision-making.
• Organize and lead meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Coordinate visits and events for senior leaders and VIPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational support and project management for senior executives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-organizational projects and events.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
