POSITION STATUS: Full-Time
WORK LOCATION: Hillsboro, OR or Dallas, TX / Dallas, TX (DLS) Office
TRAVEL REQUIRED: up to 10%, both domestic and international.
EXPECTED PAY RANGE: $76,863 - $105,687 annually
This pay range is for the position's base salary only. This position may be eligible for other compensation including incentive pay and/or allowances. Candidates will receive additional information during the interview and selection process.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Human Resources Generalist, International will work closely with HR management, other Senior HR Generalists and the Division Management teams to provide a wide range of essential human resource support for approximately 85 employees located at HTA's international subsidiaries, which include Canada, Mexico, Ireland and Israel. Additionally, this position will be responsible for global immigration matters (US and foreign visas, US green cards, etc.) in partnership with inside and outside legal counsel, as well as administering HTA's outbound international assignment program.
The successful candidate will perform activities in the human resources area within all functions of the employee lifecycle to include recruitment, selection, retention, compensation, administration, training, liability with respect to workers compensation and employee relations. The successful candidate will have an understanding of business acumen, human resources practices and processes in support of the overall business operations and results. This position requires flexibility and skill in solving ambiguous and complex business situations.
