    We are looking for an enthusiastic eCommerce Sales Representative to generate sales and utilize inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales, develop account relationship strategies, and grow business.

    As an effective eCommerce Sales Representative you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You will prospect potential customers, leads coming in from eCommerce website and contact existing customers and convert them into repeat customers. Primary responsibilities include:

    • Outbound calls to new leads and prospects.
    • Coordinate with the Marketing, Product Development and Sales teams for targeting, planning and capturing new business.
    • Identify customer needs through discovery sessions; then develop and recommend solutions.
    • Share valuable insight and product knowledge with customers.
    • Drive new product onboarding and solution delivery to customers.
    • Recognize industry trends and provide market insights and process improvement ideas on an ongoing basis.
    • Respond to customer inquiries acquired through digital channels - website, social, email.
    • Document, track and optimize account performance in CRM.
    • Attend product trainings, become an industry and product expert.

    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

    Education / Knowledge

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
    • 3 years' experience in inside and/or outbound sales calling
    • Preferred knowledge of Law enforcement, Military, and Public safety departments
    • Excellent knowledge of English
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Preferred knowledge of Law enforcement, Military, and Public safety departments
    • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
    • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
