Brandt is currently seeking a Remarketing/International Sales Manager for our Agriculture division. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales - Ag Canada, this position is responsible for sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to used wholegood inventory.
- Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
- Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.
- Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
- Confident with decision making regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning
- Must be available to travel as needed
Required Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 7 years' direct work experience in a sales management capacity
- Experience in the Ag equipment industry preferred
