KCI Publishing is a dynamic and rapidly growing company that is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Sales Representative to join our team in Kleve, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for building customer relationships. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, interacting with prospective clients(leads) via telephone, email, and other technologies, face-to-face, maintaining existing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.
What you’ll be doing:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the English Speaking Market
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the target industries
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Prepare and present proposals to potential customers
• Close sales, negotiate contracts and interact with leads via various channels
• Attend industry events and conferences – in Germany and internationally
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the event & publishing industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – other languages are a plus
• Proven success in closing sales and generating revenue – Experience in sales calls and lead management is a plus
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in using CRM software and Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
• Valid working permit for Germany and located/willing to relocate to Kleve – is a must
