The individual will focus onDaily Inventory Operations to ensure the accuracy of Retail Stores inventory.Primary responsibility is execution of the daily Cycle Counting Program at over300 of America’s Retail Stores.

Actively transact and document in compliancewith internal process standards using SAP and other internal systems andreporting tools.

Provide the highest level of customer service andresponsiveness to store requests and collaborate with key internal partners toensure inventory integrity.

KeyQualifications

Bachelor'sdegree in business, supply chain management, or related field

2 yearsof experience in inventory management or related field

Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills

Proficientin Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other inventory management software

Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills

Abilityto work independently and prioritize daily tasks

Thinkstrategically and execute tactically with precision

Description

TheInventory Analyst actively works with cross-functional partners and Our RetailStore associates to ensure accuracy of in store inventory to support sales,replenishment, and fulfillment programs.

Manage daily cycle count process aswell as ad-hoc escalations, investigating and executing complex inventoryvariances to ensure financial accounting integrity.

Manages exceptions daily; react as needed toensure correct product availability to storefront. Research and transact with high quality in ahigh velocity environment.

Ability tohandle ambiguity, apply learned business processes to dynamically changingescalations. Manage inventory duringproduct transitions to support launch activities ensuring an exciting Retailstore experience for our customers.

Education

Abachelor’s degree in a field such as business, economics, statistics, or supplychain management is preferred.

AdditionalRequirements

Prior experience in inventorymanagement, Inventory Certification in operations is a plus.

Has a persistent attention todetail, and a high level of proficiency in working with numbers.
