Investment Analyst analyzes and researches financial markets, securities, and investment products to assess risks, evaluate potential returns, and make informed investment decisions for an organization. Collects and researches economic data, financial metrics, and market conditions to develop and build financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies. Being an Investment Analyst monitors and analyzes portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk exposure to ensure alignment with the organization's investment objectives, strategies, and risk tolerance levels. Prepares investment reports and analyses on investment opportunities or strategies to identify trends and recommend actions for the organization. Additionally, Investment Analyst utilizes mathematical formulas and statistical analyses to identify potential or alternative investments and calculate and evaluate financial health, returns, and fair value of securities, assets, or other investments. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Investment Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. A paraprofessional at Licensed Support is responsible for the direct implementation of child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst. RBTs work with the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming.
What You'll Do
- Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis.
- Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress.
Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written.
- Maintain appropriate records, collect data and complete of treatment notes as required and within the specified time frames.
What You'll Need
- Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
- Organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
- Ability to accept and initiate change, have patience and understanding, and work within a team environment.
- Confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients, staff, their families, and Child Serve.
