PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATOR

Essential Job Functions

•  Maintaining a key role in the ongoing progression of the client relationship
•  Compilation and completion of client, custodian, and firm paperwork
•  Ongoing review and maintenance of client accounts
•  Execution of client and firm tasks such as asset transfers, preparation of reports, and general support of portfolio strategies
•  Maintaining a relationship with interested third parties of clients including accountants, attorneys and brokers
•  Scheduling client meetings and preparation of quarterly and ad-hoc client reports
•  Aiding investment advisors of the firm in a staff capacity by handling a variety of administrative functions
•  Comprehension and use of a variety of technology platforms to collect and retain essential client information
•  General clerical and receptionist duties

Basic Skills / Qualifications

•  Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of client service experience in the investment industry
•  Degree in business administration or related field preferred
•  Aptitude to work in a fast-paced and team oriented environment
•  Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
•  Excellent verbal and written skills
•  Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, CRM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
