  • Job Description The Siegfried Group, LLP is looking for a Finance Analyst, Investor Relations (FP&A/Data) who will be responsible for oversight of forecasting, projections and analysis and leading the Investor Relations activities. 10% domestic travel required. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with various members of Finance Team, Legal, Reporting, National Sales Operations, Business Units and investors to ensure clear understanding of business is captured in forecasting process, any changes in sales strategy are appropriately implemented, and for leading Investor Relations activities. Lead firm-wide forecast (P&L), including market level. Maintain rolling projection file. Work on implementation of Operational, Financial and Accounting related process improvements. Review and update monthly assumptions for YTD projections and reporting, monitor and report on KPIs, build/enhance financial/non‐financial modeling, and design/build analytics offerings. Build and maintain Investor Relations models, including profit allocations, distributions and tracking of undistributed allocations, maintain investor records and prepare related investor records and statements. Involved in policy creation, establish/maintain financial controls, drive process enhancements, and perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications: Required MBA in Finance or related field At least 1 year in position offered or in portfolio oversight role, financial analysis Manage securities databases and involved in data sourcing using Bloomberg, ICE, TR and Six Financial Maintain data of financial instrument inputs and verifying accuracy of information within reports Performed fund processes for pricing investment portfolios Monitor data feeds and perform data scrubbing involving securities data management Create SOPs for fund team Financial analysis and management of subscriptions, redemptions, switches and roll-up transfers Alteryx Tableau Regulatory reporting #LI-DNI Company Overview Siegfried is a unique career choice, and we invest deeply in our people and believe in their potential.
