The Role
The Vice President Investor Relations is responsible for originating investor tax equity for the company’s funds. While Advantage syndicates federal and state NMTCS, federal and state HTCs, federal LIHTC, and federal renewable energy tax credits, this position will primarily focus on state LIHTC. Most of Advantage Capital’s investors are large institutional investors, including insurance companies and banks. The majority of the work responsibility for this role is developing and maintaining relationships with the decision makers at these institutions. We are open to fully remote candidates as well as candidates who can work a hybrid schedule out of our New Orleans or St. Louis offices (2-3 days a week).
