Investor Relations Assistant
Highwest, a boutique investment management firm based in Bend, Oregon, is looking for Admin / Investor Relations assistance on a part-time basis, approximately 20-25 hours / week.
This role has two elements : (1) Investor Relations tasks, including communication with institutional allocators, CRM maintenance, preparing marketing materials, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales / marketing, ideally to institutional allocators in alternative investments (e.
g. hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate), though adjacent experience also considered. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to roll up their sleeves on a broad range of tasks.
This role is primarily in-person, with occasional hybrid. Perks include an interesting local and international team based in Hong Kong and Singapore, good downtown Bend location, and a fully stocked kitchen (!).
