JOB TITLE: Poly Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Staging

REPORTS TO: Spring Up Manager/Plant Manager

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

LOCATION: Plant 3, 1620 Fisher Court, Newton NC 28658

SCHEDULE: Monday -Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm

Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Put poly in the correct areas after receiving, marking all poly with the style.
• Put poly in the correct job after reading the ticket.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Be able to understand information on the production ticket.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be able to lift/carry/handle at least 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work full time.
• Must be able to walk/stand for long period of time.
• LEAN Manufacturing a plus
• Bending, twisting, and stooping.
