POSITION SUMMARY:

The IT Asset Management Technician will be responsible for all computers that leave and/or enter the buildings of the Company in regards to troubleshooting, repair, and lifecycle management while utilizing established standards of practice as set forth in the Company’s policies and procedures.  

Education/Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work in our Beachwood Community Support and Development Office
• Completes computer troubleshooting and repairs to include disassembly and reassembly, computer repairs and repairing, as well as refurbishing of returned computers.
• Responsible for the processing and inventory of IT equipment.
• Installation of automated operating systems.
• Completes the shipping and receiving of IT equipment.
• Responsible for the hard drive sanitization. 
• Organizes racks and shelves for inventory management. 
• Maintains superior housekeeping of asset room.

Experience:

• Computer repair and refurbishing experience is a plus. 
• Demonstrated knowledge with Windows deployment and imaging. 

Shifts and Wages:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Days, potential evening and weekend coverage
