It Works! Supply Planner / Buyer

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the Palmetto, Florida office/2-days remote. Candidates must be local or relocate to be considered for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Supply Planner/Buyer will be responsible for the planning and subsequent supply replenishment of cosmetic, supplement, apparel and service products worldwide. This position will manage purchase order activity across product lines within the company and within defined transportation and inventory budgets. The Supply Planner/Buyer will take a lead role alongside Inventory Planning on inventory targets and OTIF planning and execution. With the direction from Supply Chain Management, the position will own key performance indicators associated with vendor performance while leading scheduled supplier reviews to continuously improve. The Supply Planner/Buyer will work closely with demand planning, inventory planning, logistics, outside vendors and internal key stakeholders to complete replenishment plans to support both S&OP and customer demand. The Supply Planner/Buyer will work closely with assigned vendors to ensure their theoretical capacity and demonstrated output are aligned with It Works! requirements. The Supply Planner/Buyer will collaborate with colleagues within the Supply Chain Management function and between, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Customer Service functions to achieve the desired business results.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge: Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, S&OP, Financial Acumen

Skills: Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Problem-Solving Skills

Abilities: Decision Making, Leadership, Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Collaboration

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. In some cases, extensive experience in supply chain roles can substitute for formal education.

Experience: 1) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, inventory planning, or a related field

2) Proven track record of successful vendor management, inventory optimization, and contributing to S&OP processes
