    Who Are We Looking For?

    Personify Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our US-based Corporate FP&A team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting critical monthly closing, reporting, and forecasting processes across various sectors of our business, including commercial, R&D, and G&A.

    Role

    In this role, you'll have the opportunity to wear many hats, and your expertise will be instrumental in the following areas:

    • Providing monthly reporting, insights, and variance analysis to aid decision-making.
    • Collaborating with Accounting and HR to reconcile transactions and ensure data accuracy.
    • Driving long-term process improvement initiatives to enhance our forecasting capabilities.
    • Supporting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
    • Consolidating, reporting, and analyzing financial data in collaboration with the Financial Reporting team.
    • Preparing and validating key data input files for monthly reporting.
    • Identifying trends and making recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.
    • Conducting ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior leadership.

    Qualifications

    What We're Looking For:

    To excel in this role at Personify Health, you'll bring a variety of positive attributes to the table, including:

    • Proven expertise in analytics and data management.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
    • Familiarity with databases, MS Office, and financial software applications (experience with Netsuite and Anaplan is a plus).
    • Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
    • Prior experience with Private Equity ownership and SaaS business models is preferred.
    • Knowledge of financial forecasting, planning, corporate finance, and information analysis.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
