IT Capacity Planner, Sr. evaluates the organization's data processing and storage needs and develops long-term plans to meet business requirements. Implements policies for network storage system troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance. Being an IT Capacity Planner, Sr. documents problems and solutions and serves as the point of contact for network capacity related issues. Allocates storage space, plans for future projects or acquisitions, reviews hardware and software configurations and makes suggestions for appropriate storage or backup models. Additionally, IT Capacity Planner, Sr. may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. To be an IT Capacity Planner, Sr. typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Role Overview
As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at Prosper, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our credit performance and maintaining our competitive edge in the market. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling, you will develop and implement credit strategies that optimize risk decisions for our Personal Loans and Credit Cards products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative credit strategies using advanced analytics tools to improve credit performance.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize risk-return trade-offs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor strategy performance.
- Continuously innovate by exploring new data sources, analytics approaches, and models.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and drive actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics with at least 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in credit risk management, fraud detection, or data science within the consumer lending industry.
- Proficiency in SQL is a must; familiarity with R, Python, Tableau, and Knowledge Seeker is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
