IT Contracts Manager creates, writes, negotiates and reviews hardware or software licensing contracts. Works with the Business Development team in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. Being an IT Contracts Manager also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary. Additionally, IT Contracts Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Contracts Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     We are seeking two Contract Managers to join our Enterprise Procurement Team.


    Job 1 (IT Labor/Consulting Contract Manager)

    The ideal candidate for the Contract Manager role will possess strong procurement and commercial contracting experience, with a specialized focus on the Information Technology and Labor sector. This should include proficiency in procuring IT staff augmentation, managing services, and professional/consulting services. The candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of key contract terms, varied pricing models, and performance metrics associated with these services. Crucially, the candidate will have substantial experience in drafting, negotiating, and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) specifically within the IT Labor and Consulting Services sector. This includes crafting detailed, custom SLAs, negotiating vital parameters with vendors, and conducting regular SLA reviews to ensure agreements remain aligned with business needs and industry standards.


    Job 2 (Talent/Finance Contract Manager)

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in procurement and commercial contracting, specifically within the Talent Services/Benefits or Financial Services/Treasury sectors.

    • Talent Services/Benefits: The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Operations. This should include demonstrated experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to recruitment services, employee benefits providers, talent management solutions, HR consulting and managed services, and training & development programs.
    • Finance/Treasury: The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in procuring financial services and treasury solutions. This includes experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to banking services, cash management solutions, investment and debt management services, and audit and financial consultancy services, among others.


    Responsibilities

    • Reviews and provides risk management consultation on customer and vendor contracts submitted.
    • Serves as the point of contact for internal and external customers on contractual matters by acting as contractual mediator between company employees, customers, and vendors
    • Ensures timely review and approval or reconciliation of variations.
    • Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of all other terms and conditions
    • Researches, recommends, and creates contract policies, procedures, and contractual documents
    • Coordinates with Company's legal counsel, negotiating with vendors and customers. Ensures that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness
    • May assist in the development and maintenance of a contract database and recommends improvements to contract templates.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor`s Degree in Business, Management or related field or equivalent related work experience
    • 5 to 7 years of experience in legal and/or contracts, contract database experience is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills including excellent phone etiquette and a demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written forms
    • Effective negotiation skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
    • Customer service driven
