- Manage G/L and month-end close processes for accuracy and timeliness.
- Spearhead budgeting, planning, and forecasting initiatives to drive strategic objectives.
- Monitor banking activities and cash requirements to optimize financial resources.
- Facilitate intercompany transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Administer payroll and oversee fixed asset management.
- Coordinate procurement activities from order to cash completion.
- Provide oversight for HR functions, including compensation plans and benefits administration.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports for HR and Accounting as per regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, coupled with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint is essential.
- Prior experience in government contracting is highly desirable.
- Target salary range: $120k - $150k, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
