Responsibilities
As a Fractional Controller, you will:- Perform advanced accounting tasks tailored to each client's needs, including but not limited to account reconciliations, month-end closing, and integrations support.
- Ensure the implementation of robust controls to facilitate accurate transaction processing and maintain proper record-keeping systems.
- Prepare custom financial reports, coordinate annual budgets, and periodic forecasts, utilizing various platforms including Clockwork.ai.
- Maintain up-to-date client information and key processes for effective collaboration.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed-upon timelines to meet client expectations.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their business activities and being available to assist with any queries or concerns.
We are looking for candidates with:- Proficiency in Cloud Accounting Technology, including QBO, Xero, Dext, Bill.com, Melio, and related platforms.
- Familiarity with various business models and accounting best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms such as phone, email, Slack, and Zoom.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
