Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain at RMC in cell therapy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive with standardized ways of working driven by Lean.
What you will do::
Responsible for Material Requirement Planning (MRP) using SAP PP and MM modules,
Partner with Master Data to maintain purchasing info records, and manage raw material inventory to support site operations.
Oversee a team of material planners/buyers, develop and implement robust, scalable processes, and liaise with various departments such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Logistics, and Finance.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS (preferably a degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Operations Management, Industrial engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or other Scientific fields).
Minimum seven (7) years of direct Supply Chain Planning experience with two (2) years of experience in Supply Chain Planning specifically for Clinical trial materials, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceuticals.
Minimum of three (3) years of previous people management experience.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of supply chain management techniques and material requirement planning.
Ability to develop collaborative relationships and build effective teams.
Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
Strong SAP knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive experience working in cGMP environment.
Experience with Lean- six sigma and other operational excellence methodologies.
APICS certification.
