What You'll Do
Lead the implementation and management of our global inventory systems, making sure our hospitals are well-equipped to provide top-notch care.
Work closely with hospital teams to optimize inventory management processes and ensure compliance with best practices.
Foster a culture of safety and efficiency, enforcing rules and regulations while promoting a positive work environment.
Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Collaborate with teams to analyze inventory levels and anticipate supply needs, ensuring smooth logistical operations.
What We're Looking For
A dynamic individual with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution, shipping, logistics, or a similar field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Experience implementing inventory management systems and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
