Job Overview
As a Production Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of roofing and siding projects. From scheduling and resource management to budget adherence, you'll be at the heart of it all. We're seeking someone with a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving to join our team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate roofing and siding projects, optimizing resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
Review contracts and reports to ensure accurate cost estimation and budget adherence.
Source and manage materials, ensuring timely delivery and availability for projects.
Maintain open communication with homeowners, addressing any concerns or questions with professionalism.
Keep track of invoices and other essential documents to ensure smooth project management.
Develop and maintain a reliable schedule to minimize project turnaround time.
Collaborate closely with the installation team to resolve any production-related issues and ensure a seamless workflow.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential delays to maintain timelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Production Manager in the construction industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of roofing and siding materials, installation processes, and industry best practices.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to interpret contracts and reports accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Self-motivated with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
