This position requires a minimum of two years proven clerical and office administrative experience and must be proficient in MS Office.
Position duties include, but are not limited to, receipt, recording, and distributing work orders utilizing IBM Maximo 7.6 to service groups or crews upon customer requests.
Excellent computer and communication skills are essential.
Candidate must be reliable, punctual, able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
