Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Nashville, TN, relocation assistance not available.
Work Schedule: 37.5 hrs./wk.

Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role as a cloud subject matter expert and advisor, providing technical support and architectural guidance to leadership, business partners, and internal teams at TennCare Information Systems. Our mission is to ensure high availability, performance, and support for the timely coordination and provision of healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Strategy & Planning (30%): Develop comprehensive strategies for infrastructure transformation, define policies, manage priorities, and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Solution Architecture and Development (30%): Oversee advanced technology architecture, engineering, and administration, ensuring adherence to operational requirements.
- Operational Management (40%): Oversee test plans, scenarios, and program activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and of maximum quality.
- Provide support for extensive configurations, optimizing builds, and managing cloud relationships.
- Oversee infrastructure and application interoperability engineering.
- Act as a Cloud Brokerage support, facilitating rapid provisioning of standardized services.
- Maintain and optimize tools supporting cloud service delivery and availability.
- Lead migration services to support cloud service offerings and adoption.
- Engage stakeholders and vendors, offering guidance and gathering feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- 10 years' experience designing, executing, and supporting IT solutions.
- Proficiency in a broad set of technologies related to applications and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex system functionalities effectively.
- Experience managing vendor teams, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
