- Implementing and leveraging automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Operating a project management effort in collaboration with cross-functional Teams to ensure proper workload distribution and resource allocation based on real-time requirements.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer between onshore and offshore teams through regular communication.
- Developing and implementing test plans for product defects
- Reviewing and approving test results
- Developing and tracking test metrics
- Helping maintain the quality of products.
- Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features
- Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials
- Implementing new processes and creating new tools to automate testing.
- Establishing a robust metrics framework with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement
- They collect all the essential statistics required and identify the root cause analysis method to identify the defect.
- Reduction in employee attrition rates
- Provide knowledge/ Knowledge transfer to new joiners.
