IT Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of technology vendor relationships and serves as the organization's point of contact to ensure smooth performance of operations. Assists vendor selection by reviewing and evaluating requests for proposals and contracts. Being an IT Vendor Management Analyst monitors compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, and expectations are met. Develops dashboards, reports, and presentations to track vendor performance. Additionally, IT Vendor Management Analyst proactively identifies areas where performance is at risk and collaborates with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies. Appropriately escalates vendor product and service issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The IT Vendor Management Analyst work is closely managed. Honeywell's ACST team is seeking an IT Project Manager for our Broomfield, CO or Golden Valley, MN location.- Citizenship Required: United States Citizenship
- Clearance Required: Yes; you must either currently have or be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance
- Telecommute: No - Teleworking not available for this position
- Travel Required: Some travel required - 10%

The salary range for this position is ($77,100.00 - $96,400.00). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Your Role Will Include- Coordinating and managing activities across ACST IT as it pertains to the execution of a wide range of IT deliverables
- High level understanding of different areas of IT including infrastructure, applications, networking, and security
- Managing multiple technology projects of small and medium size, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
- Leading a cross functional team located at multiple sites to achieve project requirements
- Facilitating meetings with project team and stakeholders to gather requirements and conducting working sessions
- Creating scope statements, roadmaps, logs and registers, WBS, and necessary project artifacts
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones.
- Monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, and identifying risks to project budget, timeline, and outcomes.
- Implementing project communication plans, providing status updates to teams, stakeholders and leadership. Preparing project status reports and project dashboards.
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

You Must Have- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- 3 years of experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical participants
- U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- PMP Certified, Lean Six Sigma trained
- Ability to drive results in a matrixed organization
- Understanding of key information technology solutions and practices
- Creative and collaborative problem-solving capability
- Conveys specific, observable, and measurable expectations for each assignment
- Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity
- Ability to think strategically with pragmatic execution and delivery
