Job Title: Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

Days: Sunday - Thursday
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00
Position Summary: The Site Supervisor’s/Lead Person’s duties include general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by Manager. Also includes supervising employees, coordinating with employees to complete special tasks, assisting the account manager or operations manager in ensuring buildings are being cleaned per the scope.

The Site Supervisor trains new employees.
Helps the Operations Manager resolve employee and customer issues.
Assigns tasks to workers and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
Oversees and follows up on safety requirements with new employees including site-specific training.
Records employees’ hours worked or supervise the timekeeping.
Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises hourly general cleaners. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to learn basic cleaning principles and techniques.
Ability to perceive identification numbers marked on material and be able to read and understand numbers and volumes.
