Janitorial Supervisor jobs in Nevada
Janitorial Supervisor supervises the cleaning and maintenance of buildings/facilities. Trains and supervises the custodial staff to maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient cleaning operation. Being a Janitorial Supervisor orders, stocks and replenishes supplies, and provides the tools and equipment needed to perform required maintenance. May require a high school diploma. Additionally, Janitorial Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Facility Supervisor
Primary Function : Manage teams assigned facility or facilities
Responsibilities :
1. Ensure all employees are properly trained, uniformed, and thoroughly familiar with their respective facility.
2. Record and communicate doors found unlocked, unusual occurrences or damage in the facility.
4. Ensure employees are in assigned areas and performing to service specifications.
5. Manage required work order projects.
6. Ensure that periodic cleaning is complete.

13. Retrain employees when necessary, including safety and job standards.
