Chimney Savers, a reputable family-owned business, is seeking a dedicated Scaffold Builder to join our team in Vermont and New Hampshire. As a Scaffold Builder, you will play a crucial role in constructing and assembling scaffolding structures to support various construction projects.
Duties:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems according to safety regulations and project requirements
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure scaffolds are installed accurately and securely
- Inspect scaffold components for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow blueprints and specifications to meet project needs effectively
Requirements:
- Proficiency in construction management practices
- Experience in frame carpentry, remodeling, cabinet installation, flooring installation, construction painting, hardscape, trim carpentry, welding, and fabrication is advantageous
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and lift heavy objects consistently (up to 80 lbs)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
