Being a Job Developer evaluates individual's background, skills, and interest and matches to potential job openings or training programs. Coaches and prepares candidate for interview and entry into the workforce. Additionally, Job Developer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Job Developer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited School as a License Practical Nurse.
- Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 6 months experience in a health care facility preferred (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center).
