Ability Building Community is looking for a Job Developer to join our amazing team!

The Job Developer is responsible for securing contracted work opportunities for individuals with disabilities and then helping to maintain relationships with those business partners.

The Job Developer actively works with a team of program staff to ensure vocational needs are identified and addressed, and also works to develop an understanding of the skills and abilities of the individuals served to assist with appropriate vocational matches.

Schedule & Compensation:

This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position with flexible daytime hours. Some evenings may be required for networking events.

Starting wage is $19.40 per hour.

• 2-year degree in marketing or business and/or 2 years of equivalent experience working in marketing, sales, and/or business development
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance coverage, and able to provide own transportation
• Ability to pass a driver's screening and Department of Human Services background study
