About the Role:
As a Customer Relations Specialist at Bath Flip, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our clients. With a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, you will handle sales inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive brand image for our company.


Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services
• Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
• Verify accuracy of all contracts/invoices/payments received
• Accounts payable reporting and reconciliation
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as necessary
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service or customer relations role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
