We are a well-established and rapidly growing privately-owned North Carolina Dental Laboratory, looking for an ambitious and highly experienced Logistics / Customer Service Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for the daily tasks of processing incoming and outbound shipments while also providing excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the shipment and receipt of all incoming and outgoing mail/cases.
- Collaborates and communicates with our in-house driving team members, customer service representatives, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Promptly unloads cases and deliveries.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily shipments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintains a positive and professional attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Occasionally lift and move items weighing 15 pounds or more.
- At times the employee will have to climb, crawl, crouch, stoop, kneel, bend, walk, or stand all day.
- These activities are physically demanding and require individuals to hear, communicate, and always see appropriately.
- Specific vision requirements demanded on the job include the ability to adjust focus, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

EXPERIENCE:
- Handled shipping & receiving.
- Worked in a fast paced, fast-growing business.
- Excellent understanding and appreciation of customer service
- Ideally hold relevant qualifications
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13-$15/hour Benefits: Paid time off
Schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday} Education: Minimum of High School Diploma required
