Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. We are looking for a Transportation Manager, to manage and coordinate all transportation activities within the Plainfield, IN location. You will be a valued team member responsible for all transportation activities at the site, which includes internal fleet, dedicated carriers, LTL and contract carriers. Key responsibilities include transportation management (50% of the job), management of personnel (25%), and DOT compliance and safety (25%), and other duties as assigned.
Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm during off peak season and 7:00 am - 5:00 pm during peak season (March - July)
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma/GED Required.
Supervisory Experience: 3 years of experience managing people
Leadership: 1 years of experience with DOT operations and compliance
Technology: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and other hardware/software
Certifications: Current driver’s license.
Preferred:
Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
Supervisory Experience: 5 years or more experience managing people
Regulations/Compliance: practical experience working with DOT regulations, EH&S programs, and other compliance/safety procedures.
Certifications: CDL-Class A License
