Job Description:

Furry Land Mobile Pet Grooming, America’s #1 Mobile Pet Groomer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager/Dispatch to join our team. This role combines marketing responsibilities with dispatch duties, providing a unique opportunity to blend creativity with organizational skills.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for Furry Land to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Partner with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand.
• Brainstorm fresh advertising ideas with senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a marketing manager and dispatcher or relevant position.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods (CAD).
• Fast typing with experience in data entry.
• Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Active listener with excellent communication skills.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Fleet management: 1 year (Preferred)
