Responsibilities
Facility
· Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services with the Plant Superintendent to keep production equipment operational, minimizing downtime.
· Enforce workflow policies put into place by the Plant Superintendent that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising safety and product integrity.
· Evaluate quality control processes; make recommendations to the Plant Superintendent for improvements.
· Keep up to date on all industry standards for health and safety guidelines.
Leadership
· Comfortable in a high-pressure environment - flexible and able to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust priorities accordingly; attention to detail.
· Maintain communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed.
