As a Landscape Team Leader – Mowing Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the proper care and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain attractive, safe, and functional for our clients. As a Landscape Team Leader - Mowing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a crew of at least 2-3 employees and delegating work on properties on a day-to-day basis. You will work as part of a larger team and report to the Operations Manager. Your tasks will involve various aspects of landscape maintenance, including but not limited to lawn care, plant care, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to maintain a neat and well-manicured appearance.
Weed and Pest Control: Identifying and controlling weeds, pests, and diseases that may affect the health of plants and the overall landscape. Applying appropriate treatments and recommending preventive measures to avoid future issues.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operating landscape maintenance equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools, safely and effectively.
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and performing various landscape tasks. Following local regulations and environmental guidelines for the proper use of chemicals and disposal of waste.
