Title: Right-of-Way Agent

Responsibilities

85%% of time

• Researching existing Easements
• Pulling Title and preparing packets to send off to get easements prepared
• Working with requesting customers and 3rd parties to answer easement related questions

15% of time

• Meeting with 3rd party property owners to notarize their easements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year experience in surface acquisition;
• Intermediate familiarity with computer applications including, Word, Excel and Google Drive;
• Ability to prioritize and organize work in order to satisfy project deadlines;
• Possess a high level of professionalism and standard of ethics;
• Work outside of normal business hours and travel may be required;
• Local to operating area or willing to travel to operating area;
• MI notary preferred
