Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. What You Can Expect
As a Land Agent II, you will support the Land Acquisition team to develop land acquisition strategies for greenfield projects, existing project initiatives, and the acquisition of projects dedicated to renewable energy.
The Land Agent II must have a strong background in negotiation business transaction, organizational and leadership skills, knowledge of real estate title and the ability to travel up to 2-3 weeks per month.
Every day you will organize and deliver compelling presentations to landowners and take ownership of assigned land acquisition projects by managing project timelines, meeting deadlines, defining clear project objectives.
You will collaborate with the business development, legal, and project management teams to ensure the overall success of each land acquisition initiative.

Salary Range : $84,000 - $128,800 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
